Freja Beha makes androgenous grunge glam!

Im a big fan of androgenous grunge style, although I do think some people take it a little too literal. Freja Beha Erichsen a danish model who was spotted on the streets of her native denmark, exemplifies this style to perfection. She has walked for almost every famous fashion house since her debut in 2005 at the fall Paris and Milan shows. Her personal style personifies androgyny and grunge to street style perfection, hence it's no wonder many fashion designers have named some of their accessorie items after her. Namely the Jill Stuart Freja handbag, the Chloe Freja clutch and the Alexander Wang Freja lace up stiletto boot with zip detail. An ample component of what makes up her personal style is her tattoos, of which she has 16. The first of which she got when she was just 16. Some of her tattoos incude "float", "Serendipity is me" and "Redemption". Erichsen made a deal with her agent that she could have as many tattoo's as she wanted, as long as she did not cut her hair, however she did so in 2007 but by that time she was firmly established in the fashion industry. Perhaps her spunky attitude is part of what makes up her gravitating style that is impossible to ignore! I will be chanelling Miss Beha's model behaviour, and finding my old level of androgyny & inner grunge!
