Now that it's summertime, that can only mean one thing "summer holidays", and I guess it's about time to start planning what on earth can we squash into that little suitcase of our's. So ahead of my summer travel plans, i've decided to compile a list of the perfect travel essentials. My Number one list, is to compile "the perfect inflight kit".
Paul Smiths Top 3 travel tips. (Buckle up ladies because the boys will love these too.)
I take a little bottle of Aromatherapy Associates Support Breathe essence, which can be purchased at (http://www.aromatherapyassociates.com/) as an essential piece of kit. A few drops on a hankerchief inhaled deeply during a flight prevents me from picking up other peoples colds and flu's. Octrivin Decongestant Nasal Spray applied 30 minutes before take-off and landing helps if you suffer from blocked sinuses, painful ears or pressure headaches. If flying dehydrates you, Paul always packs Aesop Rind Aromatique Body Balm, in the 50ml size. These three travel products are all small bottles which you can easily take on a flight. There great because they make the flying a more enjoyable experience.
Happy Flying,
xoxo
- It should contain wipes (steer clear of wipes they give away on the aircraft as the lanolin in them can be an irritant.) Go for ones such as Dermalogica's skin purifying wipes.
- An eye mask can be very revitalising, such as Guinot's eye mask (http://www.guinotuk.com/) and is reasonably priced.
- One of the wonder products that has seen me through both winter and summer has been Elizabeth Arden's eight-hour cream, for lips, knees and elbows. She also does a separate lip balm which I can't stop raving about. It throughly is one of those wonder products that is worth every penny.
